Entry Level CNC Operator

- Perform local QC inspection to validate products are within spec

- Previous experience with mills, lathes, and/or screw machines preferred but not required 

Shift: M-F 6:30am to 3pm (30min lunch) or 8:30am-5pm (30min lunch)

Experienced CNC Set-up/Machinist/Operator

STAR Swiss Lathe Set-Up/Programming

General Manager

Responsibilities

Assist company with invoicing and billing, prepare and examine financial records, ensuring records are accurate and that taxes are paid.

AP

  • Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs 
  • Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors 
  • Ensuring bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures 
  • Processing due invoices for payments 
  • Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
  • Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts

AR

  • Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed
  • Communicate with previous clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans
  • Collect payment from customers and accurately record it into the system
  • Create reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses
  • Update client accounts based on payment or contact information

Accountant

  • Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
